Spokane Facial Plastic Surgery is proud to offer Botox Injections. Botox is a safe, highly effective way to reduce or eliminate fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes and on the forehead for a more youthful and vibrant appearance. After numbing cream is applied, injections are made with a fine needle for minimal discomfort and maximum control. All treatments are preformed by Dr. Hoffmann.

What is Botox?
Botox is a purified protein produced by the Clostridium botulinum bacterium that has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for use as a cosmetic agent. Small amounts of this protein are injected under the surface of the skin, helping the muscles that cause crows feet, frown lines, and forehead lines to relax. This permits the skin to lie smoothly and naturally, which softens the appearance of lines and wrinkles and, in many cases, making them seem to disappear completely.

Radiesse^®
Radiesse is used to fill deep lines and wrinkles, and to mold, contour and sculpt the face. The affects last up to 12 months. Radiesse is especially effective for treating smile lines around the mouth that furrow around the nose, as well as the marionette lines that chisel into the mouth and chin area.

What is Radiesse?
Radiesse is an injectable form of Calcium Hydroxyapatite microspheres, a synthetic form of the mineral found in our teeth. Radiesse does not contain human or animal products and Injections of Radiesse can be performed during your initial visit without pre-treatment skin testing.

Perlane^®
Perlane restores volume and fullness to the skin to correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as the lines from your nose to the corners of your mouth (nasolabial folds). Perlane typically last up to one. year.

What is Perlane?
Perlane is made of hyaluronic acid. In the human body, natural hyaluronic acid provides volume and fullness to the skin. The hyaluronic acid in Perlane has been modified slightly to last longer than what the body produces on its own. Perlane contains no animal proteins. As a result, risk of animal-based disease transmission or allergic reactions is non-existent.
